Return Policy
You have the right to return your order (or parts thereof) within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
During this time it is permitted to try and handle the product as you would in a physical store. In addition, you can open the package of a product unless the package is sealed. In case you have done more than absolutely necessary to just evaluate the product, you may be charged for any loss in value.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day that you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) has taken possession of the product.
If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in the same order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the final product of the order has been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we kindly request that you contact us within 14 days using the contact form on our website or by sending an email to [email protected] We will then send you our return instructions and a return label. If you contact us before returning the product, we will pay for the return costs.
Alternatively, you can return the product using using this withdrawal form. Please note that any return costs will *not* be reimbursed if the product is returned without prior notification.
Refund
After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we may request a tracking code as proof of return before the payment will be refunded.
Depending on your original payment method, the refund will be performed as follows:
Cash in envelope – Cash in envelope at the risk of the customer
Bank transfer – Bank transfer
Credit card – Credit card (or bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since initial payment)
Sofortüberweisung – Bank transfer
MrCash/Bancontact – Bank transfer
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Products that have the sealed package opened
