Royal Queen Seeds - Soil Plugs: Optimal Germination & Early Growth

RQS Soil Plugs blend the highest-quality peat with coco coir to support germination and the early stages of growth. A proprietary binder gives the substrate an ideal sponge-like structure, resulting in a specialised medium with a perfect balance of moisture retention and aeration. This helps to encourage early root development, in turn improving the chances of successful germination.

Our pH-balanced plugs also contain micronutrients and active biologicals to support young plant vigour. As soon as the roots start showing, seedlings and their soil plugs can easily be repotted into soil, stone wool, or hydroponic systems.

How to Use RQS Soil Plugs

• RQS Soil Plugs arrive dry. Simply add clean water to moisten.
• Mist your seeds as directed, but be careful not to overwater. Plugs should be moist to the touch, not wet.
• Our Soil Plugs are ideal for repotting in soil, stone wool blocks, or hydroponic systems. Plants can be repotted as soon as roots begin to appear.

    Comment : I would recommend these to anyone! For my autoflowers I soaked the seeds for ~12-18h before popping them into the plugs. So far, 100% succes rate. Since the plugs are an excellent germination medium, including beneficial microbiota, I have noticed improved growth over other methods.
