1. Overview

The RQS Grower Program is a loyalty program launched for all Royal Queen Seeds customers. All the customers that have an RQS profile will be enrolled in the RQS Growers Club after completing a purchase on www.royalqueenseeds.com. With this Program, customers will receive Green Coins and Loyalty for all online purchases made at www.royalqueenseeds.com. Customers do not receive Green Coins or Loyalty Points for purchases made in physical Royal Queen Seeds retail shops. The only requirement to join the RQS Grower Club is that the member is 18+. Royal Queen Seeds will not take responsibility should any underage person override this condition.

All Green Coins and Loyalty Points and additional Rewards belong to Royal Queen Seeds. The company reserves the right to cancel, unilaterally, any membership or to cancel or modify the Program without prior notice. In this case, all unredeemed Green Coins and Loyalty Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability.

2. Membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member. All the Green Coins and Loyalty Points belong to one individual only, therefore those Green Coins and Loyalty Points cannot be transferred between accounts. You can register directly at www.royalqueenseeds.com. Customers will stay in their current tier as long as they meet the criteria within the following 12 months.

3. Earnings

A) All registered customers will earn one Green Coin and Loyalty Point for each euro spent on our website. No Rewards will apply to orders paid with Green Coins. Qualifying Purchases include all regular and sale items bought at the Royal Queen Seeds website only (www.royalqueenseeds.com). Points can also be earned through actions on social networks, placing a review on the Royal Queen Seeds website, recommending a friend, or signing up for the RQS Newsletter. Green Coins and Loyalty Points will be added to your balance once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. In the event of a cancellation, return, or undelivered order, the Green Coins and Loyalty Points will be deducted from the customer account.

B) Birthday: You will receive a bonus Reward on your birthday. Make sure that your date of birth is correct in your RQS profile.

4. Member benefits

The RQS Growers Club consists of four levels or tiers: Starter, Grower, Greenfinger, and VIP. Each level is achieved based on the criteria below and will obtain the benefits also listed:

Starter (0-149€)

• Earn 1 Green Coin and 1 Loyalty Point for each € spentt
• Be the first to know (promotions, discounts)

Grower (150-399€):

• Earn 1 Green Coin and 1 Loyalty Point for each € spent
• 1 Extra FREE Seed with your first order in this tier

Greenfinger (400-999€):

• Earn 1 Green Coin and 1 Loyalty Point for each € spent
• 3 Extra FREE Seeds with your first order in this tier

VIP (more than 1000€)

• Earn 2 Green Coins and 2 Loyalty Points for each € spent
• 10 FREE Seeds with your first order in this tier
• FREE UPS Delivery (optional) *
• FREE Stealth Shipping (Optional)

All new level benefits will become available on the first order after the tier has been reached.

Some products will be available for members only. Special editions are only available for members of the RQS Growers Club.

5. Privacy and email

By registering for the Program, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding the RQS Growers Club and Royal Queen Seeds. These may include information about Program Rewards, Program updates, and other related materials at the discretion of Royal Queen Seeds. Members can unsubscribe at any time by following the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. One of our top priorities is making sure our website visitors' personal information is safe.
