Voucher & Discounts Policy
On our webshop, we have multiple benefits, discounts and vouchers that can be used, combined and enjoyed. We reward beginners and loyal clients; you just need to know how to enjoy these benefits.
Definitions
- Money Voucher: A fixed amount applied to the order subtotal (e.g., Greencoins balance, Refer a Friend reward codes). Treated as money-type benefits.
- Discount Voucher: A single percentage-off code that applies only to eligible, non-discounted products.
- Free Product Voucher: A code that adds one specific item to the cart at 0 cost.
- Web Discounts: Automatic promotions on site (e.g., sale prices, bundles, clearance, price drops).
- Freebies Perks: Automatic free gifts added when meeting spend or other thresholds, such as loyalty tiers. (no code required).
Stacking & Limits
Max 3 vouchers per order (of any type).
Per-type caps per order:
- Money Vouchers: 1 total (includes Greencoins, Refer a Friend or customer support codes; they do not stack with each other).
- Discount Voucher %: 1 total.
- Free Product Vouchers: Flexible within the 3-voucher overall limit.
Valid combinations (examples):
- 1 Money + 2 Free Product (3 total)
- 1 Discount % + 1 Free Product (2 total)
- 1 Discount % + 1 Money + 1 Free Product (3 total)
Not valid:
- 2 Money (e.g., Greencoins + Refer a Friend)
- 2 Discount % codes
- 2 Free Product + 1 Money + 1 Discount % (over 3 total)
- Freebies Perks are automatic and do not count toward the 3-voucher limit.
NOTE: We may cancel rewards on suspected fraud/misuse of the benefits described.
Replacements
Each order is entitled to a single replacement or compensation for seeds that do not germinate (≥10% of the order) provided that the requested information and evidence are supplied in accordance with our guidelines.
If the percentage is lower, a discount voucher will be granted.
Maximum period: 90 days from delivery.
Special cases:
- Male plants: eligible for replacement.
- Hermaphrodite plants: each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Genetic or packaging defects: each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Restriction: Every case is evaluated individually and resolved based on its specific circumstances
Refunds
- Order not delivered: full refund.
- Order returned by the customer: the refund will be processed excluding shipping costs and any free items.
- Germination/cultivation issues: non-refundable; each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Orders marked as delivered: non-refundable; Response issued upon completion of our investigation.
Vouchers
Fixed-value vouchers:
- Free seeds that did not germinate or were missing from the order. Compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Order returned as “undelivered”: voucher equivalent to 100% of the order amount (alternative option to refund or replacement).
- Paid and canceled order: voucher for 100% of the amount or direct refund.
- Germination: on large orders where a small number of seeds do not germinate, a proportional voucher will be offered.
Cannot be used for the purchase of vaporizers
Percentage vouchers:
- Non-germination (without photos): each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Non-germination outside the guarantee period (more than 3 months): each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Commercial gesture: each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- RQS seeds purchased from third parties that do not germinate: each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
- Cultivation issues: each case will be evaluated and the corresponding compensation offered.
Cannot be used for the purchase of vaporizers
Special Orders
For customers interested in purchasing seeds in bulk, we offer personalised discounts determined by the seed variety and the quantity requested. These discounts apply exclusively to high-volume orders and will be negotiated case by case.
