Though she won't turn you to stone like the mythical goddess after which she's named, Medusa F1 is bound to get you plenty stoned in her own special way. Combining genetics from inbred lines deriving from Sugar Magnolia, a thick and sweet indica, and American Beauty, a fast, fruity hybrid loved for its well-balanced, positive high, the result is an autoflowering F1 variety that produces fresh flavours, a unique cannabinoid profile, and large yields.
Medusa F1 is a very aromatic cultivar with a vibrant concentration of terpenes bearing notes of fresh mint alongside an upfront peppery kick, backed up by hints of fresh fruit, berries, and tangy fuel. Her thick, frosty flowers consistently produce high levels of THC and CBG, as well as high concentrations of myrcene, ocimene, farnesene, and caryophyllene. As a result, Medusa F1 has strong effects that relax and stone the body from head to toe (brought on by particularly high concentrations of myrcene and farnesene) while motivating the mind with an uplifting, creative, and motivating kick (thanks to high concentrations of ocimene).
Medusa F1 seeds produce elongated autoflowering plants with long, strong branches and well-spaced internodes. Plants regularly grow up to 80–85cm tall and boast a fast flowering time of just 42–45 days (72 days from germination to harvest). Thanks to her genetics, Medusa F1 produces plenty of thick flowers with big, swollen calyxes that make for very easy trimming. Medusa F1 is very stable, handling stress and unfavourable growing conditions with ease, though she is somewhat susceptible to Botrytis, so make sure to keep tabs on the humidity in your grow room/garden.

Comment : Bought one seed to see how it goes, germination around 36h, grew it on the balcony in Germany, resistant to rain, pests and cold nights, grew around 60cm, needed exactly 75 days until harvest, got around 30g of really fat buds, started drying today, can't wait do try them out, for an amateur I think it's more than good

Comment : To be honest, I was quite impressed with the speed and development of this strain. Nice, thick buds, but as it says on under “recommendations” this strain it sensitive to Botrytis (bud rot) and unfortunately mine were “attacked” as well. I have been growing mine outdoor. It has been quite rainy this summer in Denmark, but whenever it rained or rain predicted, I put mine in my greenhouse, so they have not, whatsoever, been exposed to rain. I cannot recommend this strain outdoor for our climate here up North, but for indoor growing, no doubt this strain would have developed amazingly.

Würde die Pflanze aber toppen, da sonst eine viel zu riesige headbud entsteht.

Comment : I think I got a pretty decent yield considering I’m still a rookie grower. Average 50g per plant. 4-4-4 spikes 2/3 quantity once in the cycle. Each seed got its own 3 gal pot and grew to about2-3 ft. Considering I’m pretty green I’m happy with the results. I love the auto so I can learn what to look for in the growing stages.

Comment : The seeds were germinating when my wife decided to take the wash cloth to the wash! Found two on the seeds on the floor and they germinated two days later. Plants looked great until an unknown shock from me. Recovered well and produced excellent product with a lower than hoped for harvest (1/2 oz/plant) due to me.

Flower yield depends strongly on the growing conditions and plant density. However, due to hybrid vigor, F1 hybrid varieties show more flower yield compared to the traditional strains.
